發酵壓榨 


以73%自流汁放入不鏽鋼槽進行冷發酵保留品種風味。

剩餘部份過法國橡木桶舊桶，增加口感以及提取更有層次的礦石風味。

低溫提早停止發酵，殘糖31g/l 天然糖份平衡酸度打造出細緻口感。


品飲筆記 


中等甜度風格的新鮮碎檸檬和萊姆香氣，以及八角茴香和烤香料的味道，

平衡了水果的甜味和溫和的柑橘酸度。

中等甜度麗絲玲非常搭餐，適合搭配海鮮尤其是貝類，

亦非常適合搭配雞肉、鴨肉和豬肉以奶油或辛辣醬料的料理方式，更適合作為開胃酒，

用以搭配肉醬、冷肉、沙拉和溫和奶酪等開胃菜的理想葡萄酒。

搭配泰式炒河粉也是絕配！
